How EatingMinds Circles work

Circles are group meal events hosted on EatingMinds. Anyone can create one ("Thursday 8 PM, 6 people, Italian food in Koramangala") or join existing ones.

Each Circle has a theme, a time, a rough location, and a host. You send a note to join. The host approves you. On the night, everyone shows up at the restaurant and has dinner together.

Typical group size is 4-8 people. Big enough to have variety, small enough that you actually talk to everyone.

Where to find a group dinner tonight

Open EatingMinds, go to the Circles tab, and browse open groups in your city. Filter by tonight, this week, or any date. If nothing is scheduled for tonight, create your own — "Dinner tonight, 8 PM, looking for 4 people, [your area]" — and watch people join.

Group dinners are especially popular on Friday and Saturday evenings. Thursday is the hidden gem — fewer options but the people who show up really want to be there.
